Sea Moss is a fully natural seaweed, also known as Chondrus Crispus.

Sea Moss has been shown to help provide clearer skin, reduce sickness and inflammation in the body. It has also been know to lower anxiety / stress levels as its high in potassium. 

Sea Moss contains 92 out of the 102 minerals the human body needs.

Specifically its high in Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc. Which are all minerals highly important for the human body to function at its best.

Sea Moss also contains vitamins such as, A, C, D, E, K, and the B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, B6, B12, folate). These are essential for your body.

For Sea Moss Capsules take 1 capsule, twice per day

For Sea Moss gel, take 1 to 2 tablespoons daily. You can also apply Sea Moss gel directly to skin. Massage it onto your skin and allow to set for 20 - 30mins. Then wash off with clean water.

For Sea Moss gel, ensure to tighly seal in a glass jar. Store in the fridge for up to 30 days once made into gel.

  1. Wash sea moss with clean water, then soak and rinse the dry sea moss in cold water with some fresh key lime (optional)
  2. After cleaning, place the sea moss in a large bowl and cover it with cold filtered, alkaline, or spring water. Make sure all the parts of the sea moss are covered. Then, cover the sea moss with cling film or a towel and allow it to soak for 12 hours. (overnight)
  3. Using a high-powered blender, add 1 part Sea Moss and 2 parts of the water that was used to soak the sea moss. Adjust the water for your desired consistency and blend for 1 – 3 minutes.
  4. Refrigerate in the fridge for up to 30 days in a tightly sealed glass jar.
